bright rooms helpful staff non-working lift dark hallway
the rooms were clean and well-equipped, i loved how bright they were. the staff were friendly and the customer service was top notch, i especially appreciated the helpfulness.
the lift wasn't working, made moving luggage difficult. dark hallways were a bit unsettling, especially at night.

modern design convenient location excellent breakfast helpful team
the hotel has a really modern design plus the location is convenient for central exploration i found the room to be super clean the breakfast was excellent with both buffet options and cooked-to-order items the reception team was helpful i will definitely return
the bathroom mirror wasn't ideal since it's positioned further from the sink i found that less convenient

i appreciated the modern design throughout the hotel. the location is convenient for accessing central areas. our room was clean plus quite cozy. the breakfast offered hot food made to order and a wide buffet selection. the staff even accommodated my request for single beds with two queens, a real win for us
the bathroom mirror placement wasn't optimal for electric shaving because it was far from the sink

our superior king room featured two queen beds ensuring comfort. the room offered ample space plus stylish décor. amenities included a tv with numerous channels and efficient servicing ensured a tidy room each day. the room was also super quiet.

decent stay with minor drawbacks
lovely bar convenient location helpful staff ground level tricky shower service charge
i found the room spacious it also had a lovely bar located just off the lobby. the location was really convenient. i appreciated the staff they were cute upon my arrival and very happy to assist.
i noticed the safe was at ground level i actually had to kneel to use it. the shower was tricky to figure out i needed skills of einstein to work it out. a sneaky service charge got added i think it was 13.5% plus a space to add gratuity.
